St. Patrick's Day Rainbow Cupcake

Supplies:

• A batch of your favorite cupcakes
• 1 can of Buttercream Frosting, tinted green with food coloring
• Gold sprinkles (Optional)
• AirHeads Xtreme rainbow candy strips

Directions:

1. Bake cupcakes according to directions on box
2. Tint buttercream frosting green with food coloring
3. Spread frosting over the cupcakes once they cool
4. Cut AIrHead Xtreme candy into 1 to 1/2 inches. Press each end of the "rainbow" into the top of the cupcake (as pictured) Press a few mini-marshmallows into the frosting at the ends of the rainbow. Sprinkle on the gold (Optional)
5. ENJOY!!
