Moon Rocks

Ingredients

• 1 bag of special dark chocolate chips
• 1 small bottle of cake mate cupcake gems shimmer silver sprinkles
• 1/3 cup honey

Directions

• Pour all of the chocolate chips into a glass bowl and microwave one minute
• Stir and microwave an additional minute
• Remove and stir until all is incorporated
• Pour in honey and stir some more
• Placea piece of wax paper on a cookie sheet and dump the mixture onto it-spread it out until its about 1/2 inch thick
• Cover the surface with sprinkles and let sit for at least 4 hours
• Kneed the mixture and add more sprinkles
• Break off pieces and form them inot rocks and add more sprinkles
