The goal of the CNSEPT Program is to improve family health, education, social and safety outcomes for expectant and parenting teens and their babies by providing medically-accurate and comprehensive services including linkaages to critical resources, ongoing support for health and education, and positive parenting relationship skills instruction using an evidence-based, nationally validated model.

Enrollment Criteria:
Must be between the ages of 13-21. Participant must be expecting or parenting a Native American child under the age of 1. Participant must live within the 10.5 county service area of the Choctaw Nation. Particpants myst be enrolled and attending an educational institution at the time of enrollment or within the first 6 months.
Services include evaluation services, case management, family training, counseling, and home visits, certain health services, nursing & nutrition services, occupational, physical, and speech- language therapy, and special instruction. Can be provided in home or at daycare.
