Enrollment Criteria: Families living in Cushing, Stroud, or Shawnee with a child aged prenatal to three and/or age 3-5 living at or below 100% of the federal poverty line; or child age prenatal to 3 and/or age 3-5 with disability, of homeless family or of family receiving public assistance.

Children in Head Start/Early Head Start take part in a variety of activities that help them grow mentally, socially, physically, and emotionally. The children get free health care, including medical and dental exams and immunizations, as well as healthy meals and snacks. They offer a wide range of educational & social services.
