Enrollment Criteria: Pregnant or caregiver of a child up to age 3. Must live in Pottawatomie, Seminole or Lincoln County or surrounding areas. No imcome requirements.  There is also an Emergency Diaper Assistance program for families in need of diapers, wipes, formula up to four times per year without enrolling in our Earn While You Learn Program (which allows twice a month visits and diapers, wipes, formula with each visit and access to shop in The Legacy Store with points earned during their appointment).

Family Resource Center, providing parent education, resources such as diapers and clothing, mentoring, individual and group classes, therapy, and access to other vital resources for families.
