Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325 F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  3. Add eggs, beat until blended.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake 40 minutes until center is almost set, cool, refrigerate for 3 hours.
